Swastik Castings Pvt. Ltd. was established in the year 1977 with the objective of manufacturing quality castings to meet the needs of its customers. Its semi - mechanised foundry plant located at Vishwakarma Industrial Area at Jaipur the capital of Rajasthan, producing about 4000 M/T per annum of finished castings.
The team is headed by the Board of Directors trained as engineers having experience in foundry & other industries from last 30 years & ably assisted by a technical team led by General Manager(BE, Metallurgy, ADFT) from last 15 years. He has formely worked with Bhagwati Autocast, Ahmedabad, thereby having an overall experience of 40 years & capable of delivering quality castings.
The unit an ISO 9001:2015 certified company is equipped with a Medium Frequency Induction Melting Furnace of 1.5 M/T capacity for meeting the quality molten metal needs of the foundry.This helps to achieve desired metallurgical grades of material in S. G. Iron.
The mechanised Sand plant consisting of vibratory grid, Knock Out, Bucket Elevator, Sand Cooler, Vibratory Feeder, Polygon Sieve, Magnetic Separator and Intensive Mixer with simultaneously Jolt Squeeze Moulding-Machine gives the desired quality of green Sand Moulds on a continuous basis. Every batch of Sand is tested with Sand testing equipments. Cores are made by Cold Box and Oil Sand practice. Dimensions are closely controlled while producing castings of accurate weights. To ensure a consistent quality product, process control parameters are continuously monitored & controlled.
Swastik Castings Pvt. Ltd. is an approved supplier of S.G. Iron castings to Indian Railway and is registered with the R.D.S.O., Ministry of Railways, Govt. of India .
Company has a well established quality assurance programme to check process Parameters at each stage right from raw material inspection upto finished Component, SCPL endeavours to deliver consistent quality product. The company has ISO 9001:2015 accredition.
The company is equipped with Spectrometer,Chemical laboratory, sand testing equipments, Tensile and Hardness testing Machines and metallurgical microscope with Metallography arrangements to study matrix and mirco - structure of its products.

We ensure that each and every heat is checked with all metallurgical test & hundred percent inspection of castings with all the jigs & fixtures, before supplying the material to customers.
