All the inputs are being procured from approved Sources and systems are laid down for inspection of raw material and other incoming material.
The dimensional accuracy of the patterns is a prerequisite for any casting. The patterns are manufactured in a well-maintained pattern shop.Moulding is carried out on simultaneously Jolt Squeezed Moulding Machines using match plate patterns.
Each casting is embossed with identification heat code , month & Year code to maintain the traceability. Customers LOGO is also embossed or engraved on the casting as per their requirement.
All Castings are shot blasted in shot blasting machines. Grinding is done on double ended bench,pneumatic,grinders.
The Casting are then finally painted (if required) in a dust free atmosphere.
